About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition professional — a data-driven, creative, and hands-on operator ready to take full ownership of paid growth and deliver measurable impact.
You’ll be directly involved in running campaigns, managing budgets, testing creatives, and analyzing performance data. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Lead position and shape the company’s overall acquisition strategy.

You’ll be directly involved in running campaigns, managing budgets, testing creatives, and analyzing performance data. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Lead position and shape the company’s overall acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid user acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
- Manage and optimize campaigns for CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CR, and retention.
- Build and lead a small, high-performing team (UA specialists, motion designers, creative producers).
- Drive creative testing and iteration — identify new hooks, messages, and formats that convert.
- Analyze and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, paywalls, and onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Head of Performance, CPO, Product, and Creative teams to align on positioning, messaging, and growth priorities.
Who You Are
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition for mobile apps (subscription, lifestyle, fitness, or gaming products preferred).
- Proven record of managing large paid budgets directly, not just through agencies.
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics and unit economics (LTV, CAC, retention, attribution).
- Combines analytical rigor with creative intuition — understands what makes ads perform.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with tight deadlines.
- Resilient, proactive, and ownership-driven — not afraid to take responsibility.
- Demonstrates leadership potential: capable of mentoring others and driving execution.
- Thinks independently — focused on building data-backed, original approaches, not copying competitors.
