We are looking for a technical support engineer in an existing cross-functional team who can quickly join the project.
Responsibilities:
Support B2B clients using helpdesk (Zendesk) system, email
Act as a contact person for clients
Initial analysis and incident data collection
Remote user support (TeamViewer, RDP, Anydesk, etc.)
Modeling and reproduction of situations with subsequent documentation of a problem in the bug tracking system
Create technical articles, FAQ for the Support Help Center
Active communication with the development team regarding incidents to resolve user issues
Remote deployment of products, user training
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Competent oral and written speech
Ability to describe issues and its reproduction clearly and accurately
Proficiency in English (Upper intermediate and above, written and spoken)
Responsibility
Fast learn and a desire to learn
Proactivity and ability to find solutions
Attention to details
As a member of 24/7 support team, you should be able to work evening shifts, night shifts, weekends.
Will be a plus:
Experience with Zendesk
Experience with Redmine
Experience with Click Up
Experience with the Postman
Higher technical education
Experience working with Linux, Windows, OS X
Experience working in a distributed team
Work experience in a call center or technical support
