This role is not a traditional corporate Tech Lead position. You will work directly with the founder, take ownership of products end-to-end, and help scale a fast-growing mobile ecosystem from Uzbekistan to larger international markets.
The founder (Ulugbek Pulatov) previously built successful businesses in marketing and influencer management and is deeply involved in product growth, distribution, and strategy. For engineers who want to better understand how product, growth, user acquisition, and business scaling work together, this role offers unusually high exposure and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale mobile-first products from idea to production;
• Own the full technical lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support;
• Work closely with the founder on product and technical decisions;
• Use AI-assisted workflows and modern development tools in daily engineering processes;
• Support and improve fast-growing consumer applications;
• Maintain high engineering quality while moving quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience;
• Strong experience building and launching mobile applications;
• Ability to independently own products from scratch to production;
• Strong engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking;
• Experience working across different parts of the stack;
• High level of ownership and ability to operate independently;
• Active usage of AI tools and AI-assisted development workflows;
• Experience working in fast-moving product environments;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
