Your Mission
Build a world-class Talent Acquisition function from the ground up.
Own the entire recruiting engine — strategy, pipeline, tools, team — and turn it into a hiring machine for one of the fastest, smartest, and most demanding environments on the market.
This is not a "fill-the-req" role.
You're here to scale elite tech and business hiring in one of the most competitive markets in the world — HFT.
What You'll Do
  • Design and drive hiring strategy across key verticals (C++, Rust, ML, Quant, Infra, Ops)
  • Build and lead a high-performance TA team (sourcers, recruiters, vendors)
  • Run complex international searches and close A-players at record speed
  • Own the funnel: from employer branding and sourcing tactics to offer/accept and retention metrics
  • Partner directly with founders, hiring managers, and execs — you’ll be in every strategic hiring convo
  • Set up the infrastructure: processes, ATS, outreach flows, funnel reporting, metrics dashboards
  • Create a predictable, high-velocity hiring engine that scales with the company.

You’re a Fit If You Have:
  • 5–10+ years in technical recruiting (agency or in-house) — global, fast-paced, hands-on.
  • Track record of closing hardcore roles (C++, Rust, Quant, Trading, Infra, niche tech).
  • Experience building or leading distributed TA teams (up to 7+ people).
  • Fluent English (C1+) — you can pitch, write, and negotiate like a pro.
  • Deep sourcing game: AI tools, parsing, creative outbound, custom search flows.
  • Strong analytical brain: you get funnels, conversion, and know how to optimise for speed & quality.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and make things happen.
