Responsibilities: 
- Provide fast and professional off-line (Email, live-chat) response to users issues 
- Maintain a high level of users satisfaction 
- Investigate the problematic issues reported by users: collect relevant information, analyze and document it in internal articles 
- Identify and report on trends, repeated issues and urgent bugs.
Requirements: 
- A problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and passion about helping people 
- Proficient in English and Ukrainian at either native or professional level 
- Enthusiastic smartphone user 
- Microsoft or Mac OS's savvy 
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 rotating roster which predominately includes after-hours shift 
- Attention to details 
- Team player 
- Experience in customer support or customer service will be a plus. 
- Full time job. We're working in hybrid mode (from home and the office).
