We are looking for the perfect candidate who can not only manage projects but also create success stories with us! Your task is to plan, coordinate, and execute projects within the set budget, timelines, and tasks. We need someone who can effectively monitor and present project updates to stakeholders, whether they are clients or project team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Priorities: client retention, revenue growth, client satisfaction.
  • Focus on providing a first-class experience for all clients.
  • Setting timelines and monitoring task completion.
  • Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress.
  • Training and supporting project team members.

Technical Responsibilities:
  • Working with internal project management platforms.
  • Analyzing project data for internal and external use.
  • Using tools to collect and organize project information.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of business and project management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Love for building long-term relationships.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer success or project management.
  • Confidence in decision-making and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Ability to work with modern applications and software.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changes.
