We are looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to strengthen internal security across our infrastructure, employee devices, access management, and development environment. You will work closely with the team to implement practical security measures and improve existing processes.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, information security, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and security
- Strong understanding of access management, access reviews, SSO, and MFA
- Experience with MDM and endpoint security management
- Practical experience handling security incidents and investigating suspicious activity
- Understanding of VPNs, networking, logging, and monitoring
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of security tasks
- Russian proficiency and English at B2 level or above
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve access controls across internal systems and tools
- Administer Google Workspace, including onboarding and offboarding
- Manage device security and MDM for company laptops
- Monitor security logs, investigate incidents, and implement preventive measures
- Improve the security of source code, credentials, and development infrastructure
- Maintain secure remote access and support internal infrastructure
- Develop and maintain internal security policies and practices
Nice to have
- Experience in a product company or a distributed team
- Familiarity with tools such as Tailscale, NetBird, WireGuard, or similar VPN solutions
- Experience coordinating external penetration tests or security assessments
- Background in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or IT operations
