Role Overview:Join Stayf, a leader in corporate wellbeing, as an SDR responsible for driving new business and identifying high-quality leads. You will play a pivotal role in establishing strong relationships with decision-makers in the HR Tech space, generating revenue, and driving market growth.
Key Responsibilities:• Identify ICPs and execute personalized outreach cadences via Hubspot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
• Cold call and book meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene to ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with team members while proactively offering new ideas to refine strategies.
Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of experience with Hubspot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
- Strong cold-calling skills and experience booking meetings.
- Knowledge of the HR Tech space and experience in an agile, fast-paced team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; comfortable handling objections.
- Target-driven, coachable, and resilient with a hunter mentality.
