Key Responsibilities- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct proactive outreach to potential leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn, identifying key decision-makers in target industries (FinTech, B2B payments, blockchain, and compliance).
- Lead Qualification: Engage in conversations with prospects to understand their technology and business challenges, introduce our solutions, and convert qualified leads into the next stage of the sales funnel.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing and sales leader to create, plan, and execute outbound sales campaigns that generate qualified leads. Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Sales Motion Development: Build and refine a comprehensive outbound sales motion, establishing a repeatable process from initial touchpoint to sales-qualified lead conversion.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Leader: Work directly with the marketing and sales leader to ensure smooth handoffs and increase conversion rates. Together, identify potential opportunities and advance them through the sales pipeline.
- SLAs and Performance: Meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the prospect’s level of interest and urgency. Consistently achieve monthly quotas for sourced qualified opportunities.
- Customer Experience: Offer a great first impression to prospects by effectively communicating the value of our solutions and positioning our company as a competitive option in the market.
Skills & Experience:- Fluency in English and Russian is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
- High energy, self-motivated, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong aspiration to build a career in technology sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with leadership support to achieve overall sales goals.
- Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and outbound prospecting best practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of FinTech industry trends or an interest in learning about FinTech, compliance, and financial technologies.
