HQ and work style: London, UK. Remote-first from day one.
This is a full-cycle remote Sales Manager position.

You will be responsible for:
  • Expansion - expanding contracts and coverage of Stayf within existing portfolio of clients
  • Outreach - leveraging own network, network of Stayf founders in CIS and Eastern Europe and experimenting with new approaches
  • Middle of the funnel - lead product demos, follow-up sessions and pushing towards clear next steps
  • Closing - creating quotation and bespoke presentations, discussing the contract terms and launch of the projects

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within HR, EdTech, Wellbeing space
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Fluent English speaking level (B2 - C1 level)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
  • Adept at developing and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients at all levels
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive for success and the ability to work independently in a changing environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Passionate about wellness, mental health, and employee wellbeing
