Head of Recruitment
Poland | Full-time | Hybrid
We are an international IT company with over 15 years of experience and a team of 500+ professionals across the globe.
Our core focus is IT outsourcing and the development of software solutions for business.

We’re looking for an experienced professional who will rethink our current hiring approach and bring our recruitment system to a new level of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with business needs and projected growth
  • Manage the recruitment team: set priorities, ensure quality, and grow internal expertise
  • Build and manage the hiring funnel: analyze time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, and cost-per-hire
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: clarify requirements, meet SLAs, and provide regular reporting
  • Introduce and maintain recruitment metrics, streamline analytics, and improve tools and processes (ATS, dashboards, etc.)
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives in key markets

Who is the perfect match?

A professional who:
  • Has an analytical mindset and is confident working with data, funnels, dashboards, and recruitment metrics
  • Brings 2+ years of leadership experience and 7–10 years total in recruitment (ideally in IT)
  • Speaks the language of data and ROI — not gut feeling — when talking to the business
  • Understands how to use HR analytics for strategic decision-making
  • Builds scalable processes and strong teams — from concept to implementation
  • Has English proficiency at B2 level or higher

❗️If your approach to recruitment is “I feel this candidate is good” rather than “I see the numbers and can forecast the result” — this role might not be the right fit.

What we offer:
  • The opportunity to build an effective recruitment function with real impact on business growth
  • Strong support from the CTO and the freedom to make decisions
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses
  • Hybrid work model (Warsaw office + remote)
  • Health insurance, compensation for professional training and English courses

Where recruitment is not a support function — but a strategic growth engine.
