Are you passionate about leading high-impact projects in the dynamic world of financial technology? We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager at HES FinTech, you will take the helm of critical fintech projects, overseeing their end-to-end execution and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, business analysis, and marketing, to drive project success and achieve business objectives.

What We Expect:
  • 4+ years of experience in IT or banking project management.
  • Expertise in the banking domain, technical background is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, including scope, budget, timeline, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with web development principles.
  • Fluency in English is a must-have requirement (B2+).
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to participate in offline business meetings at the client's location and engage in business trips.
  • Your location - preferably Poland, Lithuania or Belarus (however, if we turn out to be a match made in heaven, location won't matter :)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of project delivery, from planning and pre-sale to realization and support.
  • Implement effective project standards to ensure project success.
  • Communicate with clients, manage expectations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Possess a good understanding of application programming and the finance domain.
  • Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities.
  • Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
