Head of Marketing

Klika Tech is scaling, and we are looking for a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of how marketing drives business growth. This is a strategic leadership role that comes with a real mandate: define the strategy, build the function, and be directly accountable for results.

You will work as a part of the executive team, have direct influence on company positioning and revenue pipeline, and shape a scalable marketing approach from the ground up. The work spans complex domains – from AI-powered solutions to established engineering services – so the ability to turn technical depth into clear market positioning matters here. If you have been running marketing end-to-end and are ready for a seat where your decisions move the business – this is that role.
YOUR ROLE
  • Define and own the company’s marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach.
  • Build and scale a demand generation engine focused on attracting B2B clients through inbound, SEO, content, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive pipeline contribution by aligning marketing closely with sales – focus on lead quality, not just volume.
  • Navigate and market AI and emerging technology trends in a way that speaks to clients’ business goals and drives real interest across industries.
  • Monitor competitors, perform ongoing market analysis, and adjust positioning accordingly.
  • Implement and own marketing automation to support lead nurturing and funnel efficiency.
  • Define and track key performance metrics: CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI.
  • Manage company presence and lead generation through industry platforms and catalogs (e.g. Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.).
  • Develop and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, CTAs, and conversion funnels.
  • Create and maintain marketing content that supports sales: service pages, case studies, and articles.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors and contractors effectively.
  • Document marketing processes, playbooks, and performance frameworks.
  • Build and grow the marketing team as the function scales.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, in IT or tech services companies.
  • Proven experience owning marketing end-to-end – strategy, execution, and measurable results.
  • Strong track record in B2B client acquisition and lead generation.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  • Ability to translate complex technical services into clear and compelling value propositions.
  • Experience working with websites, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset with confidence working with KPIs and attribution.
  • Experience working closely with sales and leadership teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).

  • Experience building or scaling a marketing function from an early stage.
  • Engineering background in cloud or IoT domains.
  • Experience managing a marketing team or growing one from scratch.
