We are seeking a senior legal professional to lead and scale the legal function of a proprietary trading firm operating across jurisdictions and asset classes. This is a hands-on and strategic leadership role - ideal for a "playing coach" with deep experience in high-risk, tech-driven sectors.
We are strengthening our legal team and looking for Senior Legal Counsels in two specializations:

What you will do:
- Provide hands-on legal support in your specialization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Handle litigation and regulatory matters.
- Work with external counsel and support cross-border operations.
What we’re looking for:
- 8–15 years of legal experience with a strong focus on either:
- IP + Labor Law, or
- Corporate + Contract Law
- Proven litigation experience.
- International / multi-jurisdictional background.
- Common law qualification.
- English C1+; Russian-speaking culture fit is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai (relocation package provided).
