Depending on whether we hire a dedicated security lead/CISO, this role may also include ownership of broad company-wide technical processes:
How We Work
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles in AWS environments
- 2+ years in a DevOps lead role
Technical Requirements
- AWS
- Kubernetes (EKS), Helm + Helmfile
- Ansible
- Terraform
- Experience with any CI system (we use GitLab CI)
- Working knowledge of Python
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with
- basic security practices (VPN, MDM, etc.)
- Experience with database operations (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a small, efficient team of DevOps engineers and sysadmins
- Handle day-to-day team management
- Hire and propose team structure
- Manage production operations
Depending on whether we hire a dedicated security lead/CISO, this role may also include ownership of broad company-wide technical processes:
- Internal network and security operations
- Employee on boarding and offboarding
- Equipment provisioning and related tasks

- Everything in Git, with code reviews for all infrastructure changes
