HR Business Partner
Poland | Remote
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the leadership team in building a high-performance culture and aligning people processes with business outcomes.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, connect HR initiatives directly to business metrics, and act as a trusted partner to leadership.
Must have:
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or People Partner in fast-paced, growth-stage companies
  • Experience designing and running regular performance review cycles
  • Ability to partner with leadership to redefine and embed a high-performance culture
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have:
Strong understanding of how business KPIs link to team and individual performance
