Our Team will be happy to bring into the fold an experienced Development Director!

Reporting directly to the Chief Production Officer, Development Director is to be responsible for planning, controlling and improving the work of several cross-functional teams to deliver the product timely and within the defined scope.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and evaluate Project Managers and Technical Leads;
  • Provide Resource planning with efficient load balancing to achieve results in shortest terms across project teams;
  • Plan, track and control teams capacity;
  • Provide risk management;
  • Take part in project roadmap definition and control;
  • Plan and track release schedules;
  • Product Quality tracking;
  • Collaborate with Technical Directors to improve technical stability of the Project;
  • Control execution of team agreements and company policies across the whole Production unit;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement; encouraging teams to inspect and adapt their methods to optimize efficiency and product quality;
  • Help ensure cross discipline team communication, collaboration, and execution of core features based on priorities;
  • Take part in the Hiring process;
  • Prepare reports.

Skills and requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager / PMO / Development Director within the gaming industry,
  • Deep understanding of game development cycles, processes, and latest trends;
  • Hands-on experience managing several cross-functional teams or groups in a game development environment;
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Deep knowledge of various agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban and scaling these over large teams;
  • Significant experience with coaching teams in agile development and methodologies;
  • Familiarity with different project management tools;
  • Experience in a leadership role dealing with change management at an organizational level and managing cross-functional and remote teams.
