We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help us analyze and interpret data related to SaaS metrics. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data related to SaaS metrics (LTV, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Revenue Churn, MRR, ARPU).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with developer and product teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Set up and evaluate product experiments with the product team.
- Set up and optimize web and back-end event tracking.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong experience (min. 2 years) in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
