Creator & Social Growth Lead role is about
leading ideation, production, and distribution, not just managing a brand account. You will own how social drives audience growth, installs, and impact - working with creators, editors, and partners to scale what works.
Responsibilities- Own Zing’s social growth strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts
- Lead ideation and creative direction for viral, growth-focused content
- Build and run a content factory (high-volume, multi-account posting)
- Lead creators, influencers, and UGC as an acquisition channel
- Turn sports & brand partnerships (e.g. PSG) into engaging, viral social content
- Manage production resources (creators, freelancers, agencies)
- Track performance, scale winners, and kill what doesn’t work
We expect that you have- 4+ years in social, creator, or growth roles for B2C products
- Strong instinct for hooks, formats, and distribution
- Experience working with creators / influencers at scale
- Comfortable leading production without doing everything yourself
- Data-informed, experiment-driven mindset
- Interest in fitness, sports, or creator culture
