As a business analyst, you will work on product improvement, identifying and solving user problems in close collaboration with the Product Manager, development team, and marketers. We expect you to be involved in transforming team ideas in line with product strategy, based on your experience and implementation of the best BA practices in the software development field.

What you will be doing
  • Analyze business needs, document requirements, and translate needs into functional (user story map, customer journey map, user stories, etc.), non-functional, and/or technical specifications
  • Set scope and deliver clear, thoughtful product requirements and feature descriptions
  • Maintain structure, dependencies, and states across product backlog items, create a backlog for the development team
  • Participate in Scrum groomings and plannings together with PO, engineers, QAs
  • Maintain releases, collaborate with PO to make sure deliverables deliver business value to stakeholders
  • Work in a cross-functional Agile team
  • Maintain a unified knowledge base up to date
  • Assist in communicating, invoicing, supporting, providing demos to B2B clients, be responsible for the overall client satisfaction
  • Develop or assist in the development of work plans, time schedules, project task items, and prepare routine project status reports
  • Plan and assist with testing activities monitoring including defect identification and resolution
  • Resolve ongoing issues and problems


What you should have

  • 4+ years of IT business analysis experience with SAAS products.
  • Higher education in Business Analysis and/or BA course passed required.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Solid experience with requirements engineering and requirements management, able to choose and apply the best tools and techniques from their broad variety.
  • Experience in modeling and analyzing business processes, knowledge of UML, BPMN, as well as other notations and related tools (Balsamiq or equivalent).
  • Experience in prototyping system user interfaces (static and dynamic), able to recommend the best practices of UX/UI in prototyping.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle from pre-sales to support, knowledge of different software development methodologies.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients.
  • Presales experience.
  • Experience in account management is a plus.
  • With advanced motivational and negotiation skills, you are an easy person to work with.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks. simultaneously and deliver a high volume of results on time with minimal direction.
  • Proactive team member, can work independently and in a team, communicate early and directly, provide expertise, and ultimately get the job done.
  • Comfortable with learning new tools and technology concepts.
