Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the visual identity of each game, ensuring it meets the highest artistic standards and aligns with project goals.
- Lead, mentor, and provide feedback to a team of artists and designers, ensuring their growth and the delivery of top-quality assets.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, producers, and developers to ensure that the art enhances the player experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in art, design, and mobile gaming to keep our games fresh and competitive.
- Oversee the creation of concept art, in-game assets, promotional materials, and all other visual elements.
- Address and resolve any artistic issues that arise during the production process.
- Ensure the optimization of art assets for mobile platforms without compromising quality.
- Establish and maintain the art production pipeline, ensuring efficient processes.

Qualifications:
- Have 6+ years of experience guiding, developing, and inspiring a high-performing creative team within the mobile game space.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of translating business objectives into compelling creative game visions.
- Possess expert-level understanding of motion graphics and all components involved in producing a motion graphic-based piece of art.
- Be a results-driven leader with expertise in implementing strategies that enhance team productivity and creative output.
- Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Display the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understand deeply the mobile gaming audiences and market trends.
- Show a passion for games and a strong desire to create visually stunning user experiences.
- Possess a desire to perform both strategic planning and daily execution and optimization of creative processes.
- Excel in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities to meet project deadlines.
- Be highly collaborative and able to effectively partner with cross-functional teams at all levels within the business.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
