Administrative Director Goals
  • Ensuring that company workflows are efficiency and productive
  • The company's activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Poland

Administrative Director Duties and Responsibilities
  • Streamlining management systems
  • Coordinating administrative workflow and teams: accounting, personal documentation, facility management
  • Improving corporate standards and culture
  • Improving the reporting and information systems
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with landlords and vendors:
- organization of preliminary work on the conclusion of contracts (notaries, deposit, insurance)
- execution of contracts, applications, information letters
- coordinating reimbursements (repair, built-in furniture, etc.)
- control of issued invoices for rent by payment solving conflict situations
  • Consultations in the hiring area
  • Taking part in hiring and training administrative staff
  • Implement policies that ensure positive interaction between administrative staff and other personnel
  • Making changes to increase finance and business efficiency
  • Monitoring and controlling location budget
  • Requesting audits
  • Facilitate the generation positive revenue growth
  • Maintaining corporate relationships
  • BHP (preparation of BHP documentation for the company organizing training for new employees, monitoring compliance with legislation)
  • Signing documents as part of responsibility
  • Represent the company in government and other authorities
  • Represent the company in the local area to build positive external HR brand
  • Provide support in sales in Poland and represent the company
