The Role
As a Senior Ad Monetization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the monetization strategy for X-Flow's flagship Happy Color app. This role involves collaborating with our Product and UA teams to enhance ad revenue streams across both existing and new projects.

- Collaborate with the Monetization team to maximize ad revenues across our portfolio.
- Monitor ad performance and business metrics, investigating potential issues.
- Establish and maintain new business relationships with ad network partners.
- Research and assess various Ad Tech solutions to gauge their impact on monetization efforts.
- Lead initiatives to grow and optimize the monetization process through innovative strategies and experiments.

- English proficiency - intermediate level or higher.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ad revenue optimization and ad network relationship management, preferably in media/gaming.
- Proven ability to compile, analyze, and leverage performance data and metrics.
- Demonstrated experience in enhancing and optimizing monetization processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for market trends.
- Leadership capabilities, with the potential to guide team members and colleagues.
- High level of self-discipline.
